Christ now that’s a loaded question if I ever did hear one. “Real” is a subjective term that could be applied to anyone’s perception of reality, like for instance maybe the matrix is real, maybe we are just riding on a giant turtle but we just cant see it and so on and so forth. That’s a physical sense; mentally “real” is pretty simple, its tactile feedback from sensory input, pretty self explanatory I suppose. Another form of “real” is what we feel; like the heart knows love and the mind knows anguish, its just some inborn knowledge that what we feel is “real”. Ugh, getting off track and long story short: “Real” is what your own perception of the word is, be it through feelings, sensations or just some good old fashioned tin hat loonyness
